A Sociedade foi fundada em maio de 2008, em São Paulo. Seus integrantes desenvolvem atividades de advocacia contenciosa e consultoria, prezando pela excelência e pelo atendimento personalizado. A equipe é composta pelo fundador e quatro sócios advogados, três dos quais seus filhos .

Com o advento de restrições sanitárias, a Francisco Rezek Sociedade de Advogados adota o regime de teletrabalho para todos os seus funcionários e sócios.
